With over 15 years of experience in 401(k) plans, Michael oversees 401(k) Client Relations at Innovative Capital Solutions Global Advisors and serves as the head of Participant Education.

Shoniker is also the Vice President of Business Development for Innovative Capital Solutions Global Partners. His focus is on the Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) channel, delivering alternative investment solutions to advisors for their high-net-worth clients via Charles Schwab and other custodial platforms. This private equity fund utilizes multiple investment strategies that capitalize on real estate development, infrastructure projects, and related ventures. The firm has an impressive track record of identifying promising growth sectors for capital investments and delivering exceptional client returns.

Shoniker also has a passion for health and wellness. He owns True REST, a premier float spa in Charlotte.
